COVID UPDATE 23th FEBRUARY 2021
Following the Government announcement about the road map out of lockdown on 22nd February, Roman Camp can hopefully open on Monday 12th April 2021.
Please note that this will be confirmed by the Government one week before and may be delayed due to the virus. Social distancing rules will still be in place, along with track and trace as last year.
Holiday homes to be used by single households only until further notice. No mixing of households. We will continue to keep you updated.
Roman Camp Caravan Park is on privately owned ground overlooking the West Runton National Trust Park.
This Park is well known to many people from all over the country for its many lovely walks and scenic views across the park and to the sea. We are situated midway between Cromer and Sheringham, both busy seaside towns providing a variety of entertainment.
Our site is ¾ mile from buses and trains, 1¼ miles from the sea and within easy motoring distance of Norwich, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Wells-next-the-Sea, King’s Lynn, Hunstanton and the Queen’s Estate at Sandringham and many other places of interest (read more about our location here).
Each of our 3 chalets has an open plan living room/kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, wash basin and toilet. Also provided: electric heaters, refrigerator, cooker, microwave and television.
If you want a peaceful holiday in a beautiful countryside setting, then look no further!
Our caravan park is set in approximately 10 acres and is surrounded by National Trust woodlands. Roman Camp is set in the highest part of Norfolk, in the region of 102 metres above sea level!
