Due south from the site is the county town Norwich. The A 140 takes you right into the City, but there is a Park and Ride facility at Norwich Airport. This is a very frequent service right into the centre of Norwich, and saves the hassle of finding parking spaces and driving in the City itself.

A few miles after turning right at Roughton, on the left SP Suffield Green, takes you to Gunton Park Sawmill, a water-powered mill.
